Real estate business has been going through turmoil of late, with the sub prime crisis and the economic recession hitting the average buyer; resulting in drastic drop in sales. Even though agents and real estate businessmen might want to think and project otherwise, the prices have really come down. There has been a correction which was not expected earlier
