Like a lot of people that are ahead of their time, they learn to have patience for people that aren’t there yet because they encounter it so often. Otherwise they’ve eventually have a stroke or a corinary out of frustration. I’m sure he’s satisfied knowing that’s he’s right and will eventually be vindicated in the minds of people that care enough to understand.

I read Schiffs book “Crash Proof (1996)”. Very good book if anyone wants to understand more what is actually happening.
